1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the mil88 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the Player's relationship with mil88:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mil88 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders, consistent with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesia market. Providing a false date of birth during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds pending KYC investigation.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to individual players. Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling exists in a legally restricted environment under Indonesian law and accept full personal responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling under the specific laws applicable to them.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts may not use the platform.
4. Single Account: Each individual may register only one Account on the mil88 platform. Operating multiple accounts (whether under your own identity or under a third party's identity) is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.
5. Not an Excluded Person: You must not be subject to a voluntary self-exclusion order, a cooling-off period, or a regulatory exclusion order at the time of registration or at any time during which you access the platform.
6. Own Funds: You must be gambling with funds that belong to you and that you can afford to lose. mil88 does not knowingly allow Players to gamble with borrowed funds or funds obtained through illegal means.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games and financial services on mil88, you must register a personal Account by completing the registration form and providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. mil88 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number — is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Any change to your personal details must be reported to mil88 support promptly. mil88 shall not be liable for any loss or delay arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. mil88 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you unless you notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access. mil88 recommends that Players use a strong, unique password and enable any additional security features available within their Account settings.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

mil88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where:

• The Player has breached these Terms & Conditions;
• mil88 suspects fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unlawful activity;
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• mil88 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law;
• The Player has registered more than one Account on the platform.

Upon closure, any balance remaining in the Account after deducting any applicable bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirement

mil88 is required under its international gaming licence and anti-money-laundering obligations to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point during the Player's account lifecycle, including where unusual activity is detected or where deposits exceed certain thresholds.

4.2 Documents Required

To complete KYC verification, Players will typically be required to provide the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobscured copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — such as a KTP (Indonesian national identity card), SIM (Indonesian driver's licence), or passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, confirmation that the payment method used for deposits belongs to the registered account holder — for example, a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking account screen showing your name and account number.

4.3 Verification Timeline

mil88 aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. During the verification period, the Player may continue to use the platform and place bets, but withdrawals will remain pending until verification is complete. mil88 shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused by delays in the verification process where such delays result from the Player's failure to submit complete or legible documentation.

4.4 Failed Verification

If a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a verification request, mil88 reserves the right to restrict the Account, suspend withdrawal rights, or in cases of persistent non-compliance, close the Account. Any balance remaining in a closed Account will be handled in accordance with mil88's internal compliance procedures and applicable regulatory guidance.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mil88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

mil88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the Cashier page or platform-wide announcement.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by mil88, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance within 1–5 minutes in the majority of cases. mil88 does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which mil88 accepts no responsibility.

All funds deposited into your mil88 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. mil88 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be refunded to the source account and may trigger a KYC review.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed within 3–15 minutes during standard Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) business hours, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals submitted outside WIB business hours will be processed on the next available working session. mil88 does not charge a platform withdrawal fee; however, receiving bank charges, if any, are the Player's responsibility.

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name and verified as part of the KYC process. mil88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification Holds

mil88 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours where the transaction triggers internal fraud detection or AML screening parameters. The Player will be notified of any such hold and may be asked to provide additional documentation. mil88 shall not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of a legitimate compliance hold.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

mil88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credit awarded to a Player's Account is subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion description. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means the Player must wager a total of Rp 2.000.000 on eligible games before the bonus and any associated winnings convert to withdrawable cash.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion, which may include requirements relating to Player status (new vs. existing), deposit method, minimum deposit amount, and time of deposit. mil88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, provided that any withdrawal or modification will not adversely affect a Player who has already met the activation conditions and commenced wagering.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

mil88 operates a strict anti-bonus-abuse policy. Activities including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms are prohibited. Where mil88 identifies or reasonably suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all associated bonus amounts, cancel resulting winnings, and close the relevant Account(s) without notice.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date by which the applicable wagering requirements must be met. Expired bonus credit and any winnings accrued from expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without notice. Specific expiry periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

7.1 Game Availability

mil88 offers a range of game categories including live casino, slots, sportsbook, poker tournaments, Sic Bo, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw markets. The availability of specific games may vary based on the Player's jurisdiction and platform maintenance schedules. mil88 reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any game at any time.

7.2 Provably Fair Gaming

All random-number-generator (RNG) games available on the mil88 platform are supplied by licensed Game Providers whose software is independently audited for fairness and return-to-player (RTP) accuracy by recognised testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live under their respective regulatory frameworks, which include independent oversight of dealing procedures and game integrity. mil88 does not modify RNG outputs or live game results at any point.

7.3 Betting Limits

7.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or network interruption that affects the outcome of a game round, mil88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Winnings arising from a malfunction-affected round are not payable. mil88 will communicate clearly with affected Players and endeavour to resolve all malfunction-related disputes within 5 business days.

7.5 Sportsbook Rules

Sports betting on mil88 — including pre-match, live in-play, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets — is subject to the individual sport rules and betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or result dispute, mil88's sportsbook rules as published at the time of bet placement shall govern the outcome.

8 Responsible Gaming

mil88 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and recreational gambling. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mil88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or exploit betting markets;
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any form of fraud through the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or unintended game behaviour to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live casino, or any other game format;
• Using or attempting to use stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments to fund your Account;
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals following a completed deposit without first exhausting mil88's internal dispute resolution process;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mil88 staff or other Players in any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the mil88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, and the mil88 brand name and mark — is the exclusive property of mil88 or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, modified, or used in any form without the prior written consent of mil88 or the relevant rights holder.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sub-license, scrape, data-mine, or create derivative works from any platform content.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

mil88 makes all reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Planned maintenance, emergency fixes, and third-party infrastructure issues may result in temporary unavailability. mil88 shall not be liable for any loss — whether of gaming opportunity, wagered stakes, or anticipated winnings — caused by platform downtime.

11.2 Player Losses

Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. mil88 shall not be liable to any Player for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform. By registering an Account and participating in games, the Player accepts and acknowledges that gambling losses are a foreseeable and accepted outcome of gambling activity.

11.3 Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mil88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of, or inability to use, the platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm — regardless of whether mil88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Maximum Liability Cap

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, mil88's aggregate liability to any single Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player to their mil88 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

mil88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. In summary, mil88 collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify Player identity, process transactions, and fulfil regulatory obligations. mil88 does not sell Player data to third parties for commercial purposes.

All data transmitted between your browser or device and the mil88 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Player financial data is stored in encrypted form and is never transmitted in plain text. 13 Amendments

mil88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not affect substance) may be made without advance notice.

Amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific future effective date is stated. Your continued use of the mil88 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and notify mil88 support to arrange Account closure and withdrawal of your available balance.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mil88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mil88's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits mil88's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.

Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that they are responsible for complying with all applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia in connection with their use of the platform, and that mil88 makes no representation that the platform is lawful for use in Indonesia under Indonesian domestic law.
